We’re seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members, guests, and partners at The Gryd.
Key Responsibilities:
● Greet visitors and manage calls, emails, and bookings.
● Maintain visitor logs and meeting room schedules.
● Support the community manager during events.
● Assist in administrative duties like courier, printing, and scheduling.
Requirements:
● Pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
● Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).
● Experience in hospitality or front office preferred.
