Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist to manage and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD module, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Responsibilities include performing regular system audits, configuring and customizing the module, and developing custom scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript. Moreover, you will design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems, troubleshoot integration issues, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data accuracy.
