Job Description
We are HH BACK OFFICE SERVICES PVT LTD, seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our team. Please note, this is NOT a Finance and Accounts-related job. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the RCM Cycle within US Health Care, with a strong background in voice calling to US Insurance companies.
The role involves denial management, resolving billing questions, and thorough knowledge of medical billing terminology. Candidates must be willing to work in the US time zone, specifically night shifts, based in the Ernakulam/Kakkanad area.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: From ₹30,00.00 per month.
