The ideal candidate will have experience in a Jira Cloud Platform environment, with advanced proficiency in Atlassian Jira Cloud Software and popular add-ons like Advanced Planning and Automation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL 4 is essential. Excellent remote working and English language skills are required.
