About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Telecaller/Patient Coordinator familiar with skin and hair clinic operations. The role involves client interaction, lead management, and coordination between patients and clinic teams to ensure a smooth treatment journey.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls about clinic services.
- Follow up on leads and consultations.
- Update CRM with patient details.
- Coordinate with clinic staff for efficient appointment management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹30,00 per month

Requirements
