Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and WhatsApp professionally.
- Assist in resolving issues and providing accurate information.
- Maintain chat records and follow up on interactions.
- Support marketing activities on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams for service delivery.
