Job Description
Position Overview:
The Business Associate serves as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and providing data-driven insights. This is a Work From Office (WFO) position in Coimbatore, with travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
– Elicit and validate business requirements.
– Conduct process mapping and market research.
– Collaborate with IT and product teams.
– Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Qualifications:
Master’s in Business Administration (2025/2026 graduates only).
Salary: ₹300,00 – ₹500,00 per year.
