Job Description
King Stubb & Kasiva is seeking a Trainee Associate in Real Estate. Candidates should be final year students or alumni with an LLB or LLM qualification. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts such as facility agreements, gift deeds, and mortgage deeds. You will conduct title searches and investigations, and review loan-related agreements and RERA documents. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical abilities and a logical approach to complex problems. Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is required, along with the ability to work under pressure.
