Job Description
Scaling Up Work is seeking a motivated Customer Relation Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will explain loan products, manage inquiries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls about business loans.
- Explain loan details, eligibility, and terms.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Maintain communication with prospects and resolve complaints.
Requirements: +2/Degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
