Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain audit findings.
- Handle PF & ESIC grievances and ensure timely resolutions.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and client due diligence.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in compliance or payroll.
- Knowledge of labor compliances is essential.
