Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operational Assistant to support our busy radiology center. In this role, you’ll assist with patient flow, administrative tasks, and operational support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with patient registration and check-in processes.
- Providing clear and concise instructions to patients.
- Helping to ensure patient comfort and address basic inquiries.
- Assisting with the flow of digital images.
