Job Description
Join our team at Oxxon as a Front Office Staff! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide outstanding customer service in our hospitality environment.
Qualifications: Degree or Diploma
Experience: 6 months
Salary: Starting from 13,00 + Food & Accommodation provided
Gender: Both Male and Female. Freshers are welcome to apply!
Working Hours:
Female: 8 AM – 6 PM
Male: 6 PM – 8 AM (Night Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls from guests.
- Assigning rooms to guests.
- Processing payments and maintaining guest accounts.
- Assisting with guest requests and complaints.
- Ensuring accurate records of guest charges.
