Job Description
Cutie Pie Cakes is seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities across 20+ outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper functioning of equipment, facilities, and utilities while leading the maintenance team to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance operations.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Inspect outlets for compliance.
- Manage maintenance staff and performance.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred.
