Job Description
Leapcodes Private Limited is seeking an experienced Telecaller to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and exceptional communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Communicate product or service information professionally.
- Address customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate CRM call records.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in Telecalling or related role.
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00 per month
