Job Description

Synopsis of the Role: The Junior EUC Engineer will assist with hardware and software incidents and provide IT equipment to new starters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to walk-up customers at a TechBar.
• Install End User Computing devices in various office settings.
• Deliver new equipment (laptops & accessories) within service level agreements.
• Conduct Asset Disposition by removing hard drives and recording serial numbers.

Experience Required:

• 0-2 years in a similar role.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of IT Fundamentals; Cloud Certification is a plus.
