Job Description
The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation is seeking a dedicated Associate for our Corporate Actions team. You will manage mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, interpret and notify corporate action events, process liability notices, and allocate dividend payments. Daily reconciliations for cash, security, and suspense transactions are also part of your responsibilities.
