Job Description
Vandalay Business Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Executive to join our team in Kaloor, Ernakulam. This full-time position requires working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Candidates with 1-8 years of experience are encouraged to apply, with salary as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of financial reports.
- Email proofing for clients’ Finance & Accounts matters.
- Processing vendor and customer invoices.
- Reconciliation of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Bank reconciliations and tracking deposits/payments.
Requirements: B.Com degree, strong financial knowledge, proficiency in accounting software, and analytical skills.
