Job Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up on customer orders in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with designers and the internal team.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Word is required.
• Strong email communication skills are essential.
• Candidate should have a background in fashion and knowledge about garments.
• Manage on-time delivery of customer orders, ensuring all items are picked as scheduled.
• Label and package items accurately for shipment.
• Ensure safe packaging of products to prevent damage during transit.
