Job Description
Libra Valuers is seeking a Valuation Report Specialist to draft, edit, and finalize valuation reports for various property types. Key responsibilities include gathering data, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with analysts to deliver precise reports. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Finance, or similar, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong writing skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines are essential. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Bhayander, Mira Road, Vasai, Virar, Dahisar, Kandivali, and Borivali. Salary ranges from ₹13,00.00 to ₹16,00.00 per month, with paid sick time benefits.
