Job Description
We are New Horizon, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telecaller professional to join our team. Your primary responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing customer calls and responding to WhatsApp messages while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements include a high school diploma, 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in WhatsApp. Multilingual skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
