Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and security systems.
- Provide timely technical support to staff.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate where necessary.
- Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
- Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
