Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mobiliser to join our team at Tech Mahindra Foundation. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with NGOs, educational institutions, and government departments to reach out to potential students. Responsibilities include conducting field mobilization campaigns, maintaining databases of prospective students and institutions, and providing career guidance. Strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi are preferred.
The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in the Vocational Training sector and possess a deep understanding of the Student Admission Process. A graduate or undergraduate degree is required, along with a willingness to travel.
