Job Description
Bislap Business Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Calicut. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products and services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
- Meet daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Telecaller or Telemarketer preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
Salary: ₹15,00 + incentives (Full-time, Permanent)
