Water Today Pvt Ltd is hiring a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO). Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
- Keep customers informed about the latest products to boost sales.
- Collaborate with management for strategic planning.
- Expand the customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Telesales or customer support.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
