Identixweb is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you will provide outstanding support to our clients by addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless software operations. Your responsibilities will include managing customer calls, resolving complaints, providing product information, and documenting interactions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a call center, possess superior communication skills, and the ability to handle stress effectively. Proficiency in English, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Gujarati is a must.
