Job Description
ACIDUS MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The successful candidate will contact U.S. insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance companies for claim status.
- Resolve claims through appeals or re-submissions.
- Maintain and update patient account information.
- Document actions in the billing system.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of medical billing experience.
- Strong knowledge of RCM and denial management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work night shifts in U.S. time zones.
