Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MRD Executive to join our healthcare team at DMH Muthu’s Hospital. The ideal candidate will manage, organize, and maintain medical records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update patient medical records
- Ensure records are accurate and filed properly
- Retrieve and deliver records as requested
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy
- Assist in medical coding and data entry
Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Health Information Management, 0-1 year experience preferred.
