Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated DASS Area Service Assistant In-Charge to join our Customer Service team at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited in Hyderabad 2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing partner availability, coordinating with business teams, and conducting audits for installations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure availability of partners and secondary agents.
- Manage reporting from Jio Digital Repair Specialists.
- Conduct customer feedback calls.
- Provide training and monitor the productivity of engineers.
Qualifications: Graduation (preferably in Science) and 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service. Strong relationship management, team management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
