Job Description
Ascendas Technologies is seeking a qualified Banking Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in office procedures and capable of handling various administrative duties. Responsibilities include booking all facets of international travel, preparing and reconciling monthly expense reports, answering phones, organizing biweekly conference calls, and managing correspondence for both internal and external clients with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Additional tasks involve printing, binding, photocopying presentation materials, receiving guests, and providing refreshments.
