Job Description
Nura AI Health Screening Centre is looking for a professional and personable Guest Relation Executive (Females) to join our team. You will ensure an exceptional guest experience, assist with inquiries, manage appointments, and maintain a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests professionally and friendly.
- Manage and schedule appointments for health screenings.
- Provide information regarding services offered.
- Resolve guest feedback and concerns promptly.
- Organize and maintain the reception area.
Requirements: Experience in customer service, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and knowledge of health services is a plus.
