Job Description
BM NAGORI CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team in Camp, Pune. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you will provide essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and manage incoming calls.
- Handle mail and maintain an organized reception area.
- Support with office supplies, correspondence, and visitor logs.
- Assist in facilities management and meeting preparations.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Marathi and Hindi is preferred.
