Job Summary: As a Client Coordinator, you will handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing patients’ queries regarding appointments, medication, and prior authorizations. You will assist patients in making, altering, and canceling medical appointments to ensure access to necessary services.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree level education or equivalent with 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Strong computer skills and typing ability.
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
