Job Description

Join Ensono as a Capacity Planner where you will play a vital role in managing project priorities and client requirements. Your duties will include:

• Program coding and JCL/script coding experience.
• Proficiency in MXG or similar tools and Microsoft Office.
• Support for multiple client environments and database concepts.
• Identification and definition of KPIs, along with mentoring junior team members.
• Infrequent weekend support (1 out of 10 weekends).
• Participation in on-call rotation is required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Understanding of the competitive business and technical landscape is a plus.
• Travel required: 10%.
