Job Description
Vasavi Decorations is seeking a dedicated Event Coordinator to oversee and organize memorable events for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to budget and time constraints while effectively negotiating with vendors.
Key responsibilities include preparing event estimations, coordinating catering, photography, and videography, and handling personnel hiring. A strong understanding of event management, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are essential.
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, resident of Coimbatore, and proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is preferred. The position is full-time, offering a salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
