Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Advisor to join Xylem Learning. You will manage inbound and outbound leads through various channels including phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Your responsibilities include converting inquiries into admissions, maintaining accurate lead records in our CRM, and collaborating with our marketing team.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in admissions or student counseling, preferably in education or EdTech, and be aged 21-33. This position is based in Mavoor Road, Kerala, India.
