Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Sous Chef to assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing our kitchen operations at Park Hyatt Hyderabad. This role is crucial in ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through effective planning, organizing, directing, and controlling kitchen activities.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a reputable hotel or restaurant, preferably in luxury international brands. A qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is advantageous.
