Date: 26-Aug-25
Timings: 10 AM – 4 PM
Location: Gowra Fountainhead, 5th Floor, #506, Huda Techno Enclave, HITECH City, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana – 50081.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, data maintenance, and MIS reports.
- Ensure minimal waiting time for patients and manage reception activities.
- Assist patients with their inquiries and update patient data accurately.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduate with 1-3 years of Call Center experience.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Flexible for rotational shifts; location: Attapur / LB Nagar.
