Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for Genesis Finserve, a premium car spare parts showroom located in Egmore / Pudupet, Chennai. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions, assist with inquiries about luxury car parts (Jaguar, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Rolls Royce), and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Graduation or diploma in any stream with 1-3 years of experience in customer support or inside sales, preferably in the automobile industry. Salary ranges from ₹15,00 to ₹18,00 per month. Work is in-person at our showroom.
