Job Description
Sreevalsam Residency is seeking a Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a range of tasks including managing check-in and check-out processes, handling online and phone reservations, and providing guests with information about payment methods.
Your responsibilities will include registering guests, welcoming them upon arrival, assigning rooms, and responding to complaints professionally. You will also coordinate with housekeeping staff, confirm group reservations, and offer upselling opportunities for additional services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹14,00.00 per month
