Job Summary: Suntec Business Solutions is seeking detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Process Executives to join our team. In this role, you will handle back-end operations, email/chat support, data entry, and documentation tasks. This position does not involve phone communication and is ideal for candidates aged 18 to 28 with strong written communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities include managing customer queries via email or chat, maintaining accurate records, performing data validation, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues. Freshers are encouraged to apply!
