Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for international clients, handling inbound and outbound calls. Your main responsibilities include resolving queries, documenting interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements include a minimum of 12th-grade education, excellent verbal communication in English, basic computer skills, and the willingness to work in rotational shifts. Freshers are welcome!
