Job Description
Join Silver Villa Constructions Pvt. Ltd. as a Real Estate Telecaller. Your role involves engaging with potential clients through calls, managing inquiries, and logging feedback using Zoho Bigin.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contact new inquiries and qualify them.
- Re-engage previous leads and arrange appointments.
- Respond to social media inquiries.
- Audit feedback and coordinate with sales.
- Schedule site visits and confirm appointments.
- Document interactions accurately.
Compensation: ₹15,00–25,00 based on performance. Must be fluent in Bengali and comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets.
