Job Description
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking a proficient KAM Sales professional to manage strategic relationships with Key Account Management (KAM) customers. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless end-to-end resolution of customer issues, improving business share, and enhancing overall revenue. Your role involves fostering good customer engagement through various activities from pre-sales to post-sales, collaborating with financiers for better schemes, and acting as an interface between the Product Development/Marketing teams and customers. A Bachelor of Engineering with an MBA is preferred, alongside 6-8 years of relevant experience.
