Job Description
We at HR Speaks are looking for a dedicated and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflows and assist clients with their queries and service-related issues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing office administration tasks and maintaining supplies.
- Keeping accurate records of employee attendance.
- Preparing and processing invoices.
- Organizing data and files for easy access.
- Maintaining vendor records and communication.

Pay: ₹14,00.00 – ₹16,00.00 per month
