Job Description
NEW VISION GLOBAL INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Payment Follow-Up Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in monitoring outstanding payments and ensuring timely collection of receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers for pending payments.
- Maintain records of outstanding accounts.
- Resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on follow-up activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; 3–15 years of experience.
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred.
- Independent and able to multitask.
