Job Description
Join Blue Star India as a Service Delivery professional. Your primary responsibilities will include managing complaint handling from initial call acknowledgment to resolution in ServIT. You will review pending complaints daily, escalate issues as needed, and ensure adherence to PMS schedules.
Key tasks involve returning defective materials, raising warranty claims, and submitting offers for non-AMC spare parts. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential, alongside experience with chillers, VRF, and ductable systems.
This position is located in Pune, and candidates should have a Diploma, BE, or B.Tech with 1-3 years of experience.
