Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should possess a Company Secretary (CS) qualification with 1 to 3 years of experience.
The Company Secretary will ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, support corporate governance, and maintain statutory registers. Strong knowledge of company law and excellent drafting and communication skills are essential.
