Job Description
We are VINSFERTILITY PVT LTD, seeking a qualified Company Secretary cum Accountant for our Ranchi office. The candidate must possess strong knowledge in company incorporation, Udyam registration, and compliance documentation, alongside basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities: Managing incorporation processes, compliance filings, and statutory documentation. Maintaining accounting records and ensuring tax compliance.
Eligibility: CS Qualified/Semi-Qualified (ICSI) with accounting knowledge, preferred experience in ROC filing and Udyam registration. Strong skills in MS Office and Tally are required.
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month.
