Job Description
Join Infosys BPM Limited as a US Mortgage professional. We are looking for candidates who have a good understanding of the US Deposit services process and the US banking life cycle. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Deposit Services, strong customer service skills, and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a graduation degree (excluding BCA or BSC in Computer Science) and a comprehensive knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A willingness to work night shifts and flexibility for multiple shifts is essential.
