Job Description
Position: Customer Care Executive at KG Invicta Services
Job Role:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales (upselling) and customer service.
- Flexible rotational shifts (no fixed shift).
- 6-day work week with 1 rotational day off.
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹14,500 (Take-home: ₹14,360)
- Half-yearly bonus of ₹3,00.
- Paid training (salary credited in the 3rd month).
